Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and you wish to return or exchange something, you have 21 days from the date you receive your items.

So that we can handle your return efficiently please:

  • Contact us first so that we know to expect your return
  • Post it back to us by recorded delivery (we will refund this to you if the product is faulty in any way). 
  • If you require your return to be fully insured by Royal Mail, you will need to check at your post office, what is the most appropriate service to use.,
  • We will then refund you or exchange your items for you.

Please note : Refunds are not available on items that have been specifically ordered in for a customer.  We will also not replace, repair or refund items that have been damaged through what we consider as excessive wear and tear,
