Delivery Information
It is our aim to ship all jewellery orders placed via our web site, the same working day. However as we are dependent on 3rd party delivery companiy's such as Royal Mail, customer should allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive for UK mainland deliveries. Orders delivered to Europe and farther afield, will possibly take longer and will be dependent on the chosen delivery method,
We offer free delivery via Royal Mail first class mail for all orders over £9.95 to UK Mainland addresses. For all orders over £100 we will automatically send the order via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For orders less than £100, you have the option to upgrade to Special Delivery at a cost of £5,00. This can be selected at Checkout. For next day delivery, orders need to have been placed before 2pm the previous day. This service is only available Mon-Fri.
For overseas deliveries, order will be sent via 1st Class Air Mail as standard, at a cost of £5.00. If an different method of delivery is required, we would be very happy to discuss the alternatives with you.
